What they need

We are looking for a Data Quality & Operations lead to join our Resource Planning department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking professional to safeguard the integrity and quality of the insights we deliver to some of the world’s most iconic luxury and premium brands.

About CXG:
Founded in 2006, CXG is a global customer experience company uniquely positioned at the intersection of data-driven retail performance, customer experience transformation, and operational execution across 200+ luxury brands worldwide.

The mission of our 270 collaborators is to help brands transform customer and employee experiences through tailored insights, strategy, and implementation.

We are passionate about delivering impact.

Your role
Reporting to the Chief of Operation Excellence, you will ensure our best-in-class quality standards are applied at every step of our value chain, so our Insights team receives data it can trust.

You will lead a team of 30+ external validators across three markets: MEA (including North Africa), Americas and Europe. You will own resource planning, quality processes, reporting and continuous improvement for your territory.

Key responsibilities:

Resource allocation

  • Forecast operational volumes and ensure the right resources are in place to deliver missions on time, within budget and to our quality standards.
  • Assign and oversee validation and translation work in line with client requirements and project schedules set by Market Operations teams.
  • Recruit, onboard, certify and train internal and external resources in line with company budgets and rate cards.
  • Own the department budget, including timely resource payments, project reconciliation and continuous process optimization.

Data quality & compliance

  • Implement and maintain SOPs, data standards, checklists, guidelines and templates across our fieldwork value chain.
  • Set up KPIs, dashboards, triggers, contingency plans and quality checks to protect the quality and integrity of collected data.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s data privacy policy and resource rotation rules.

Quality control

  • Run rigorous, regular checks on team output, identify risks early and act quickly to resolve any quality issues.
  • Partner with Data Analytics, Insights, Commercial teams and Practices, including through calibration processes, to set teams up for success.
  • Deliver regular dashboards and quarterly reports on evaluator, translator and validation quality to internal and external stakeholders.

People & partnership

  • Engage, develop and retain a network of 30+ freelancers, fostering a strong commitment to quality throughout the year.
  • Work closely with Customer Relationship Managers on program deliverables, including planning, training, tracking and calibration.

Impact

  • Lead the resolution of data quality issues through process improvement and better data integration.
  • Introduce new tools, processes and best practices, and drive special projects and pilots, including AI-driven developments.
  • Support other departments in designing quality checks and contribute to cross-functional improvement task forces.

Requirements

What you bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Quality, Quality Control, Compliance or Project Management roles.
  • Experience managing remote or offsite teams, ideally including freelancers.
  • Knowledge of research methods and statistical or data analysis, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is appreciated.
  • Experience in AI and automation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with the luxury and retail industries, and how data is defined and used in these sectors, is appreciated.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and manage detailed, time-sensitive work.
  • The highest level of integrity, a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Why join us?

At CXG, you will be part of a global, multicultural, and mission-driven team.

You will:

  • Work with some of the most prestigious names in the luxury industry.
  • Shape the quality standards behind insights trusted by 200+ brands.
  • Lead an international team across three regions.
  • Drive innovation, including AI-led quality initiatives.
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional development and growth.
