Job Description-Blue Yonder:

• You are responsible to ensure the input of master data in the related systems provided by the related stakeholders (customer, LPMs, LCC, CI, CS, 3PL organization, and others if applicable). Master Data is of core importance and enables efficient working with a high quality input and output towards all involved parties. You will be responsible for improving the level of MD completeness and accuracy.
• Set up and maintenance of master data for related applications and Identify and troubleshoot possible malfunctions, gaps in master data, linkage differences within the systems.
• Act as the expert for Master Data in Blue Yonder TMS and have a thorough understating of the business processes.
• Upload and technical support of rates related data/issues
• Support testing of new releases/new versions or customer related test in any application in use
• Deploying of template solution in accordance to standard requirements
• Timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue
• System monitoring and user management related activities (setting up user accounts, managing user rights)
• Monitor the general completeness and / or accuracy of Master data uploaded and stored in KN IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Mass upload during procurement tender results
• Format of Tender file excel, different format of Tender sheets per transport type, all files received in the same template
• Fill data into API (manually from tender file) and upload data to TMS via API
• Post validation in TMS (monthly)
• BAU changes and process to request
• Changes related to change of allocation, transit times, port of arrival, location IDs address details
• Changes are in tender data base directly
• Overland, Ocean, Air Tender update
• Sending confirmation to the requester after changes done
• Dock changes are coming from WH LSPs – ex. Changing working hours, capacity, closing the dock, pre booking
• Location customers/vendors– requests are coming via email/via PMI share point – requesters are Global FF, PMI MRP
• Carriers issues solving
• Controls Management (Part of R&C)
• Customers/vendors/carriers location ID reconciliation, SAP vs TMS – monthly
• Tariffs lane validation, Tender File vs TMS – monthly
• Programming tool to reconcile tariffs
• Access management – via PMI IMDL
