PACC Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Data Quality Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data, supporting informed decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and validation checks on datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, document, and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards to monitor trends and anomalies.
• Work closely with IT, analytics, and business teams to implement data quality improvement strategies.
• Assist in creating and updating data quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide training and support to team members on data quality standards and tools.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging tools related to data quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in data quality management, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of data quality concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency with data management software and databases (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance requirements is a plus.
