Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant, Data Science

Shift - 5:00 PM TO 2:00 PM (Night shift)

Location - Pune

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define business priorities and analytics requirements.
• Manage analytics projects, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Analyze operational, member experience, campaign, complaint, survey, and voice analytics data.
• Conduct studies on member effort, repeat calls, complaints, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track business performance.
• Build and interpret predictive models, segmentation, and trend analyses.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support campaign targeting, performance measurement, and optimization.
• Collaborate with data, technology, operations, and product teams to validate findings and implement recommendations.
• Provide expertise in member experience, statistical analytics, NLP, and voice analytics.
• Monitor performance trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related fields.
• 5+ years in healthcare, member/customer experience, or service operations analytics.
• 8+ years of stakeholder consulting and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• 5+ years leading strategic analytics projects and portfolios.
• Expertise in KPI frameworks, dashboards, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting.
• 3+ years in voice/speech analytics, NLP, and text analytics.
• Strong experience in campaign analytics, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, data storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
