Data Reporting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect data and ensure the accuracy of the collected information.
• Perform timely data entry in MIS and ensure the database remains updated.
• Ensure that all private providers’ data and profiles are updated in FLAME with their current status.
• Analyze and verify data to ensure its integrity, checking source documents for accuracy.
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms.
• Conduct monthly performance analysis through FLAME and share reports with the Field Officer.
• Respond to information requests and access relevant files as required.
• Review completed work for errors or duplicates before final submission.
• Maintain records of tasks and proofread reports.
• Take care of office equipment and maintain stationery supplies.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete required tasks within assigned deadlines.
• Maintain office record files properly
• Maintain staff attendance & Leave Records

Requirements:

Intermediate or BA or relevant degree

3-5 years of relevant experience
