About the role

The Reporting Coordinator is responsible for data extraction and customizing reports, analyzing data and producing presentable and meaningful insight to the business, and production of scheduled and ad hoc reports and data extracts to support the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Data extraction and customizing reports
• Analyzing data and producing presentable and meaningful insight to the business
• Production of scheduled and ad hoc reports and data extracts to support the overall business strategy
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems
• Understanding the reports and explaining the numbers
• Establish and drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation culture and agenda among the team

About you

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent
• Experience or enthusiasm with numbers and in using Excel and Access
• Experience or exposure with Macro, VBA and SQL is a plus
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently with widely diverse teams
• Teamwork and leadership skills
