Data Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential B2B leads through online research, databases, social media, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Research target companies, decision-makers, and key contacts based on defined customer profiles.
• Build and maintain accurate databases of prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements, company profile, industry, budget, and other relevant criteria.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the Business Development or Sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and ensure proper data management.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Track lead-generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and outreach activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, target markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and meeting-generation targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of B2B lead generation and prospecting.
• Excellent online research and data-mining skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools and lead-generation platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT services, software, SaaS, web development, mobile applications, or digital services.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of international markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia or Europe is an advantage.
