Data Research & Lead Generation Specialist

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B data research, lead generation, or sales intelligence.
• Prior experience working with companies targeting similar ICPs, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud technology, IT services, HRTech, workforce management, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience researching both Indian and US markets.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha etc. prospecting tools and LLMs/ AI Platforms like Claude, Gemini, Chatgpt
• Strong knowledge of ICP identification, decision-maker mapping, data verification, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B customers across domestic and US markets.
• Build targeted prospect databases based on ICP, industry, company size, geography, and employee headcount.
• Identify relevant decision-makers, including CEOs, Founders, CIOs, CTOs,CHROs, COOs, and other senior executives.
• Collect and verify business contact details, LinkedIn profiles, and company information.
• Maintain accurate, updated, and duplicate-free databases for outbound sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with SDRs and sales teams to provide qualified, sales-ready prospect lists.
• Track data accuracy, research productivity, and ICP relevance.
