Red & White Skill Education is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML & Data Science Faculty to train and mentor students in industry-relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive offline classroom training in AI/ML and Data Science.
• Teach concepts from beginner to advanced levels using live coding and real-world examples.
• Conduct practical sessions and hands-on projects.
• Guide students through projects, assignments, hackathons, and capstone projects.
• Mentor students for technical interviews, resume building, and career development.
• Evaluate student performance through practical assignments and assessments.
• Update training content according to current industry trends and technologies.

Skills Required

Programming & Data:
Python, SQL, Excel, Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering

Data Analytics:
Power BI, Data Visualization, Business Analytics

Statistics & Machine Learning:
Mathematics, Advanced Statistics, Supervised ML, Unsupervised ML, Model Selection & Evaluation

Advanced AI:
Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning

• Eligibility: 2**–3 years of experience** in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be preferred.
• Strong industry professionals with a passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
