ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for curious, analytical, and action-oriented individuals to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the founders on important product and business problems. This is a hands-on, generalist role spanning product, analytics, and customer engagement. You will speak to customers, understand their problems, analyse data, translate insights into product improvements, and work with business and engineering teams to bring those improvements to life. You should enjoy getting your hands dirty, whether that means conducting a customer interview, hosting a webinar, helping a customer troubleshoot an issue, or digging into data to understand what is happening. You will get the opportunity to learn how to build, sell, and grow a product by working across the entire lifecycle.
