Role Overview

As a Data Science Intern, you will support Cornixe's data-driven initiatives by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data. You will work with datasets, identify meaningful patterns, create visualizations, and assist in developing insights that support better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, preprocess, and organize structured datasets for analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Use Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for data analysis and visualization.
• Apply basic statistical methods to interpret data and solve analytical problems.
• Assist in building, testing, and evaluating basic machine learning models.
• Create charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings.
• Work with datasets to identify trends, relationships, and potential business opportunities.
• Assist with data-driven projects and provide actionable insights.
• Research emerging trends, tools, and techniques in data science and artificial intelligence.
• Document analysis, project workflows, and findings clearly.

Who Can Apply?

• Students pursuing UG/PG studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Freshers interested in building a career in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Candidates with basic knowledge of Python and fundamental programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of statistics, probability, and analytical problem-solving is beneficial.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is an added advantage.
• Candidates who are curious, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technologies.
• No prior professional experience is required.
