Data Science Lead

Position: Senior Lead

Team: Data Science (Analytics)

Responsibilities:

1. 7+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics domain

2. Candidate would be required to work with cross functional teams: Growth, Product and Technology to identify and solve key business problems

3. Should have hands-on experience in building machine learning models: Marketing analytics (propensity model, customer segmentation etc.) and Risk analytics (fraud model)

4. In-depth knowledge of ML techniques like Deep Learning, Bagging and Boosting (Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, Light GBM etc.)

5. Good experience in handling text data and have experience in Topic Modelling, Sentiment Analysis, Search enhancements etc.

6. Team Management: Experienced in managing a team of 2-3 junior Data Scientist

7. Proficient in programming languages and tools: Python or R, SQL and Power BI/ Tableau.

8. Other skills:
