Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain commercial analytics models to drive business decisions in the FMCG industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms for demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and inventory management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and portfolio optimization.
Job Requirements :
- 6-18 years of experience in CPG or related industries with expertise in commercial analytics.
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, modeling, and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in Python programming language with experience working with large datasets.
