Job Summary

Nettech India is looking for an experienced and passionate Data Science Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom/online sessions, explaining complex concepts in a simple manner, and guiding learners through real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Data Science training sessions for students and working professionals.
• Develop and deliver practical, job-oriented training content.
• Explain technical concepts clearly with real-world examples and use cases.
• Provide hands-on exercises, assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Guide students through end-to-end Data Science projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students with interview preparation and technical guidance.
• Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.
• Address student queries and provide doubt-solving sessions.
• Maintain professional training standards and student engagement.

Required Technical Skills

Candidate should have strong knowledge of several of the following:

• Python
• SQL
• Statistics & Probability
• Pandas & NumPy
• Data Visualization
• Matplotlib / Seaborn
• Machine Learning
• Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
• Feature Engineering
• Model Evaluation
• Deep Learning – preferred
• Power BI / Tableau – preferred
• NLP / Generative AI – added advantage

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Science / Data Analytics / Machine Learning.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Practical experience with real-world Data Science projects.
• Ability to conduct both online and classroom training.
• Candidates who are currently working as freelance trainers, corporate trainers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, or Data Analysts are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Analytics will be an advantage.
