About the Role

MADE EASY Group is looking for an experienced Data Science Mentor to deliver and support our Live Data Science Course.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning, along with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured and application-oriented manner.This role requires someone who can conduct engaging live classes, guide learners through hands-on projects,resolve doubts and help students build skills that are relevant to real-world Data Science roles.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct live online classes for the Data Science program

● Teach concepts from fundamentals to advanced levels using practical examples

● Deliver hands-on sessions using Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning and Data Analysis tools

● Explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner

● Guide learners through assignments, case studies, projects and capstone projects

● Conduct coding demonstrations and practical implementation during live sessions

● Resolve students' technical and conceptual doubts during and after sessions

● Review assignments, projects and learner progress

● Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their technical skills

● Support learners with portfolio building and real-world project implementation

● Collaborate with the academic and content teams to improve course structure, assessments and learning material

● Keep the curriculum aligned with current industry practices, tools and technologies

● Conduct revision sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, project reviews and assessments as required

Core Technical Skills

The candidate should have strong knowledge and practical experience in:

● Data Cleaning & Preprocessing

● NumPy & Pandas

● Matplotlib / Seaborn or similar visualization tools

● Supervised & Unsupervised Learning

● Model Evaluation & Validation

● Scikit-learn

● Real-world Data Science workflows and projects

Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, NLP, MLOps or Cloud platforms will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

● 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics or a closely related domain

● Strong practical exposure to solving real-world Data Science problems

● Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field

● Strong understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical implementation

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to explain technical concepts to learners from different educational backgrounds

● Comfortable conducting live online classes and interactive sessions

● Strong problem-solving and coding skills

● Ability to mentor students on projects and career-oriented skill development

Preferred Experience

● Previous experience as a Data Science Trainer, Mentor, Instructor or Corporate Trainer

● Experience delivering online or classroom-based technical training

● Experience designing assignments, assessments and hands-on projects

● Industry experience working on Data Science or Machine Learning projects

● Experience mentoring beginners as well as intermediate-level learners

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
