Role Description The Data Science Trainer (AI, Cyber Security, Coding and Programming) will deliver structured, classroom-based training to school-age learners at our Bengaluru center in an on-site, full-time capacity. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans and learning modules on data science, analytics, AI concepts, coding, and introductory cyber security, using practical examples and project-based activities. The trainer will conduct live sessions, guide students through exercises and assignments, provide feedback, and assess learning outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with the curriculum team to refine content, integrating new tools and technologies, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The trainer will regularly communicate with internal stakeholders and, when needed, with parents or guardians to share learner progress and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Data Science and Data Analytics skills for teaching core concepts and practical applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Data Analysis and Statistics skills to explain quantitative methods, interpretation, and problem-solving.
• Strong Analytical Skills to break down complex topics into clear, age-appropriate learning modules.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python), and familiarity with AI and introductory cyber security concepts.
• Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or mentor in STEM, data science, or coding, preferably with school or college students.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and support inclusive participation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt teaching methods based on learner needs.
