• Training Delivery: Conduct live, interactive training sessions via online platforms or in-person, focusing on essential skills like data analysis, model development, process automation, and using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical projects. Provide detailed feedback to support their understanding and application of data science with RPA in real-world scenarios.

• Support and Mentorship: Offer personalized support to students, addressing their questions and assisting with troubleshooting RPA workflows, data integration issues, and the implementation of machine learning models within RPA environments.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, RPA tools, and automation techniques. Incorporate new methods, tools, and best practices into the training curriculum.

Qualifications:

For Experienced Professionals:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in data science and RPA, including hands-on experience with machine learning, data analysis, and process automation using RPA tools.
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, especially in a freelance or online setting, is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data science (Python, R, or SQL) and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Strong understanding of data manipulation, predictive modeling, and automating processes using bots.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in data science (e.g., Data Scientist Certification) and RPA (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data science and RPA concepts clearly and effectively.

For Freshers:

• Education: A degree or certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field with a focus on RPA and data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of data science and RPA tools gained through academic coursework, internships, or personal projects. Familiarity with machine learning and data manipulation is a plus.
• Passion for Teaching: A strong interest in teaching and mentoring students in data science with RPA, with a commitment to developing effective training methods.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of making complex topics in data science and automation accessible and understandable.
