Job Description

We re looking for a Data Science / AI-ML Lead to drive intelligent solutions across real-world business problems. You ll work closely with engineering and cloud teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that actually get used, not just demoed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of ML and AI solutions
• Translate business problems into data-driven approaches and models
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models at scale
• Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams for production deployment
• Mentor junior data scientists and guide best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI-ML roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and data pipelines
• Experience deploying models in production (not just notebooks)
• Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or similar
