Role Summary:
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems with a focus on NLP, generative AI, and machine learning. Own end-to-end project delivery, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

What Youll Do:

• Build and fine-tune LLMs (LoRA, PEFT) for domain-specific, privacy-preserving use cases
• Design advanced RAG and multimodal chatbot systems using knowledge graphs (Neo4j, GraphRAG)
• Apply MCP, ADK, and langraph for agentic application development
• Program primarily in Python
• Apply prompt engineering and generative AI for data extraction and reporting automation
• Collaborate with product teams to define AI/ML roadmaps

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with FastAPI, Django, and Streamlit
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector/graph databases
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
• Experience building classification/regression models (Random Forest, SVM, Gradient Boosting)
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Familiarity with AutoGen, Google ADK, or MCP
