The Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong interest in AI project delivery, stakeholder engagement and business-to-technical translation.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to turn business challenges into clearly defined AI/Data Science projects and driving these initiatives through the full project lifecycle — from problem definition and prototyping to testing, production deployment and operational handover.

What You Will Do

• Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges, pain points and project objectives
• Translate business requirements into clear project scopes, deliverables and success criteria
• Lead end-to-end Data Science and AI project delivery, including planning, progress tracking and resource coordination
• Work closely with Technical Leads, Data Scientists, Engineers and Developers to ensure solutions are technically feasible
• Apply project management approaches such as Agile and Scrum to AI/ML projects
• Drive projects through prototyping, validation, user testing, production readiness and official release
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and cross-team dependencies
• Present project progress, technical findings and outcomes clearly to business stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
• Coordinate operational handover and formal project closure

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a related discipline

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, AI project delivery

• Experience supporting or managing AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or data-driven projects

• Experience across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment and handover

• Good understanding of Agile and/or Scrum

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

• Able to work independently, take ownership and coordinate across both business and technical teams
