Data Scientist (Clinical / Ops / Stats)

Stack: Python, R, Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Statistical Packages, BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Role Summary: Extract insights, build predictive models, and deliver data-driven solutions across clinical, operational, and statistical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights.
• Build statistical and predictive models for clinical, operational, and business applications.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance data-driven features.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

• 2–3+ years in data science or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Python or R.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.

Preferred

• Clinical domain knowledge (for Clinical Data Scientists).
• Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Databricks).
