Data Scientist

About the role

As part of our transformation into a data-driven organization, we have newly established a Data Science team. We are looking for a Data Scientist to apply data analysis across the supply chain to generate new value and tangible business benefits, and to develop strategic partnerships that create sustainable customer touchpoints — contributing to sales and profit generation.

Key responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Engage stakeholders to understand their operations and identify improvement opportunities, then collaborate to implement solutions and drive continuous improvement.

2. Data Analysis & Solution Development: Apply data analysis and modeling to develop solutions that deliver new value and tangible business benefits.

3. Data Service Planning & Project Management: Lead data service planning and project management, defining what the team delivers and for whom, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

About you

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools (e.g. Python, SQL) and data visualization
• Experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions, including PoC planning
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Data Science or a related field (GPA > 2.50)
• Strong logical thinking, data analytic skills, and the ability to utilize AI
• Knowledge of the logistics, supply chain, and mobility field is an advantage
• Experience working with ERP / WMS / TMS / OMS data is a plus
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of at least 600)
