Role & responsibilities
Backend & Engineering :
- Strong hands-on Python development
- Experience building scalable backend applications/APIs
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
Generative AI / LLM :
- Strong experience with Generative AI & LLMs
- Hands-on experience developing LLM-based applications
- Production implementation of RAG pipelines
- Understanding of Agentic AI architectures
- Experience with function/tool calling and multi-step AI agents
- Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or equivalent frameworks
- Experience with Vector Databases
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability & monitoring
- Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails and responsible AI practices
Full Stack :
- Hands-on experience with React.js / JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js
- Ability to build and integrate AI-powered user experiences
