Data Scientist

Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist to support data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The role will work with technology, consulting, and business teams to analyse complex datasets, develop data-driven solutions, and support the application of AI and machine learning technologies across cloud and enterprise environments. You will contribute to projects involving data analytics, predictive modelling, automation, and technology-enabled business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
• Develop and maintain statistical models, machine learning models, and data-driven solutions for client projects
• Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from internal systems, cloud platforms, databases, and other sources
• Work with consulting and technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support business planning, operational improvement, and decision-making
• Apply appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business and technology-related problems
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and prepare visualisations, dashboards, and analytical reports
• Support the development and deployment of AI and machine learning applications in enterprise environments
• Work with cloud-based data platforms and services to process, manage, and analyse large datasets
• Collaborate with software engineers, cloud specialists, cybersecurity consultants, and solution architects on technology projects
• Evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability and make improvements where required
• Develop data pipelines and support data preparation processes for analytics and machine learning applications
• Document analytical methodologies, models, data sources, assumptions, and project findings
• Present analytical results and technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support proof-of-concept projects, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-related technology implementations
• Stay informed about developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud analytics, and enterprise data technologies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in data science, data analytics, machine learning, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or other relevant data analysis languages
• Good understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, data modelling, and analytical methodologies
• Experience with data preparation, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is an advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms, data warehouses, or cloud-based analytics environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft data and AI services, or related enterprise technology solutions is preferred
• Experience working with APIs, databases, data pipelines, and data integration technologies is an advantage
• Understanding of enterprise IT environments, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and accuracy
• Able to communicate technical findings clearly to business users, consultants, and technology teams
• Good documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on multiple technology projects

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position based in Singapore
• Work within an IT consulting and enterprise technology services environment
• Support cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, cloud specialists, cybersecurity consultants, and solution architects
• Work with enterprise clients to develop data-driven and technology-enabled business solutions
• Participate in data analytics, machine learning, AI implementation, and proof-of-concept projects
• Exposure to Microsoft-based enterprise technologies and cloud solutions
• Opportunities to develop expertise in data science, AI, cloud analytics, and enterprise digital transformation

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
