Overall Job Description

• Develop advanced analytical solutions for banking using statistical, mathematical, and machine learning techniques, backed by strong business acumen.
• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions in areas such as recommendation engines, predictive modeling, customer attrition analysis, deep learning, and NLP.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and LLMs with at least 2+ years of applied experience.
• Drive business impact through critical analysis to improve channel performance, product offerings, customer experience, and sales.
• Proficient in model evaluation and validation, with strong knowledge of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
• Strong programming skills in SQL and Python, with experience in ML/DL frameworks and libraries; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools to enhance solution effectiveness.

Education:

Essential requirement: B.Tech/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Operations Research or other quantitative field

Preferred: MS/PHD degree in Computer science.

Work Experience :

Preferred: 5+ years work experience in the Banking Industry Essential requirement: SQL, PYTHON , Databricks
