高度なアナリティクス、機械学習、統計モデリングを活用し、データ主導で複雑なビジネス上の課題解決に取り組みます。企業の顧客エンゲージメント向上や成果最大化に直結するコアアルゴリズム（レコメンドエンジンや広告配信最適化など）の開発・運用を通じて、事業とプロダクトの価値向上に大きく貢献するポジションです。

■仕事内容：Data Scientist / MLEとしてコアアルゴリズム開発とデータ駆動型の事業成長をリード

・広告配信最適化・レコメンデーションエンジンの設計および実装（ML/DL、顧客セグメンテーション、CLV予測等）

・大規模・複雑な構造化・非構造化データの前処理、クレンジング、および探索的データ分析（EDA）の推進

・社内関係部門やクライアント向けのビジネスKPI定義およびデータに基づく実践的施策の提案

・継続的なモデル改善ループ（MLOps）の構築、および最先端技術（NLP、LLM、生成AI等）のリサーチと実サービスへの適用

・グローバルチームにおける技術的リーダーシップの考案、ジュニアメンバーの育成、開発標準・ドキュメント文化の確立

【必須要件（Must）】

・データサイエンス分野における4年以上の実務経験、および機械学習理論（予測・分類・回帰・クラスタリング）・統計学の専門知識

・PythonおよびSQLを用いた高品質かつ可読性・保守性の高いコーディング能力、並びに主要ライブラリ（NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch）の実務経験

・データ探索からモデル学習・検証、システム実装、運用・保守に至るMLライフサイクル全般（End-to-End）の主導経験

・仮説検証プロセス、交差検証等のオフライン評価、およびA/Bテストの実践的知識

・Linux、VS Code、Git/GitHub、Docker、CI/CD等を活用したエンジニアリングチームとの協働開発経験

・日本語ビジネスレベル、および技術的な英語コミュニケーションに対する抵抗感のない方（今後のキャッチアップ意欲）

< Role Overview >

As a Data Scientist / MLE, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve complex business challenges through a data-driven approach. You will lead the development and operation of core algorithms—such as recommendation engines and ad delivery optimization—that directly drive business growth and product success.

■ Responsibilities: Leading core algorithm development and data-driven business growth as a Data Scientist / MLE

・Design and implement recommendation engines and personalized ad delivery optimization models using ML/DL, CLV prediction, and customer segmentation.

・Perform data cleansing, preprocessing, and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

・Define business KPIs and propose actionable data-driven strategies to internal stakeholders and client marketing teams.

・Establish continuous model improvement loops (MLOps) and research/apply cutting-edge technology (NLP, LLM, Generative AI).

・Provide technical leadership in a global team environment, mentor junior members, and establish development standards and documentation culture.

< Qualifications >

[Must-have]

・4+ years of professional experience in data science, with strong foundational knowledge in machine learning (prediction, classification, regression, clustering) and statistics.

・Proficiency in Python and SQL with clean, maintainable code, and hands-on experience using key libraries (NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).

・Proven experience leading the full End-to-End ML lifecycle (data exploration, feature engineering, model training/validation, deployment, and production maintenance).

・Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing, offline model evaluation (cross-validation), and A/B testing.

・Hands-on experience in team development using Linux, VS Code, Git/GitHub, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

・Business-level Japanese, and willingness/motivation to handle technical communication in English.

[Nice-to-have]

・Experience analyzing unstructured data (text/speech transcripts) and domain knowledge in NLP/text mining/conversation analysis.

・Experience applying LLM / Generative AI to analytical processes.

・Domain knowledge in call centers or customer support operations.

・Experience building and operating BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Redash, etc.).

・Product Management (PdM) experience coming from a data science background.
