Job Summary

Spark Techwave InnovationZ Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, develop machine learning models, and deliver data-driven solutions to business and technical problems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, data analysis, and model development. Experience with deep learning, NLP, cloud platforms, or MLOps will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Select appropriate algorithms and evaluate model performance.
• Perform feature engineering and feature selection.
• Train, validate, test, and optimize machine learning models.
• Develop predictive and classification models.
• Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Create meaningful visualizations and communicate analytical findings.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into data science solutions.
• Perform model validation and monitor model performance.
• Document analytical methodologies, experiments, and model results.
• Support deployment of machine learning models into production environments.
• Continuously research and evaluate new machine learning and AI techniques.

Required Skills

Programming

• Strong proficiency in Python.

Statistics & Mathematics

• Strong understanding of:

• Package machine learning models for deployment.

• Support model retraining and optimization when required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Artificial Intelligence
• Information Technology
• Engineering
• Or a related quantitative field.

Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile
