Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to uncover patterns, identify trends, and generate predictive insights
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and support business initiatives
• Design and develop automated data pipelines, systems, and tools to improve workflow efficiency and scalability
• Create impactful dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to effectively communicate findings

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience working as a Data Scientist; experience in the retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and strong SQL skills
• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies is preferred
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and meaningful way
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

• Cavite City, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Python: 2 years (Preferred)
• SQL: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
