• Experience as a tech lead or main developer implementing, deploying, and maintaining production solutions
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or primary developer delivering production solutions
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring
• Proficiency in Python development
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Build scalable applications and automation workflows using Python and AWS services
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment and continuous improvement of AI solutions
