Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, along with experience working with the Microsoft Azure Data Platform. The candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, developing data-driven solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning and predictive models to address business challenges.
• Apply statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
• Work with the Microsoft Azure Data Platform to process, manage, analyze, and operationalize data science workloads.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support analytical and machine learning solutions.
• Evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, and monitor deployed models for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Follow best practices for data quality, data governance, security, and responsible AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Predictive Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other machine learning frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Data Platform and its data and analytics services.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Understanding of data pipelines, cloud-based data processing, and machine learning deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
