• 2-6 years of professional experience in a data scientist or closely related role
• Strong track record of ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
