Data Scientist Computer Vision & Machine Learning-3-6 years- Bangalore

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. The role involves developing and optimizing computer vision models for real-world, high-speed environments, with a focus on object detection, OCR, model diagnostics, active learning, and Edge AI.

Location – Bengaluru

Responsibilities –

1. Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate computer vision models for object detection, pose estimation, license plate recognition, and OCR.
2. Analyze large-scale video and image datasets to identify visual failure patterns using clustering, dimensionality reduction, and data analytics techniques.
3. Build active learning and automated ground-truth generation pipelines to continuously improve machine learning models.
4. Develop tracking logic and mathematical techniques to improve OCR accuracy, handle occlusions, and stabilize predictions.
5. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize AI models for real-time Edge deployment while meeting latency and compute requirements.

Requirements –

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 3–4 years of professional experience in Data Science, Applied Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
3. Strong proficiency in Python with experience developing clean, modular, and production-ready code.
4. Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, object detection, OCR, image processing, and deep learning.
5. Good understanding of statistics, clustering, data distributions, Git, Docker, and Linux environments.
