Location: Remote (with 1 visit to office during joining for 3-4 weeks) or Bangalore (2-3 days/office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, SQL, forecasting, statistical modelling,

and machine learning to solve business problems through data-driven insights. Experience in Retail, FMCG,

Supply Chain, or Demand Planning is preferred.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with time-series forecasting and statistical modelling.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning techniques.
• Experience with forecast accuracy metrics and model evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize time-series forecasting and statistical models for business use cases.
• Apply machine learning and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and business drivers.
• Analyze datasets and translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Evaluate forecast performance using appropriate accuracy metrics and continuously improve

models.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate insights into practical

actions.

• Present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,984,569.12 per year
