Data Scientist (Fulltime Jakarta)

General Requirements – Data Scientist

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) with major of Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (priority of state universities / PTN)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning

Competencies:

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying

• Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing

• Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with large, complex datasets

• Good communication skill to translate technical findings into business insights

• Attention to detail and well organized

• Fast learner with excellent time management and ability to work independently

• Willing to be in contract minimum 1 year

Job Description:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources

• Build, validate, and deploy predictive/machine learning models to support business decision-making

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities

• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders and management

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions

• Monitor and maintain model performance in production, retraining when necessary

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company data governance policies

• Document methodologies, models, and findings for internal knowledge sharing

• Other tasks as assigned
