Data Scientist IV

For our client, we are seeking a Data Scientist IV to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive the transition of advanced analytics and AI solutions from prototype into scalable production. The position will focus on building predictive models, applying machine learning and generative AI techniques, and turning complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions. You will also help define technical standards and best practices while partnering across technical and business teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $197,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the operationalization of AI and machine learning solutions from prototype to scalable production
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI and advanced analytics solutions
• Integrate advancements in LLMs and NLP into ongoing projects
• Develop predictive models and oversee data analysis to extract insights and recommendations
• Design and govern the deployment of advanced AI models including NLP and deep learning capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for advanced education
• Eight years of experience in predictive analytics or a related field, ideally in healthcare
• Three years of leadership or mentoring experience
• One year of experience with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Three years of experience delivering LLM and/or generative AI solutions
