We are seeking Junior Data Scientists and quantitative professionals to evaluate AI performance in statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning. You'll help improve AI models through expert-level problem-solving and technical feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to data science, statistics, machine learning, and quantitative problems.
• Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions.
• Identify methodological flaws, statistical errors, and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience at a leading technology, finance, or research company, with some experience gained within the past 3 years.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical and statistical concepts clearly.
