Job Description:

• A Senior Data Scientist who will lead critical Machine Learning initiatives.
• Develop advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for analyzing complex texts and data.
• Projects are carried out in both on-premises environments and on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Provide technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from research to production deployment.
• Develop complex data models, strategies, and algorithms using automated analytics.
• Implement and develop statistical and mathematical models, including forecasting, classification, neural networks, machine learning, anomaly detection, and other scientific methods.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver complex solutions, including identifying and integrating new and relevant data into models.
• Leverage Big Data technologies by building models, developing and applying complex algorithms, and analyzing processes to identify patterns, trends, and emerging directions.
• Deploy solutions to production development environments and assist with implementation.

Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or Mathematics; or a bachelor's degree in the Exact Sciences or a research-based master's degree or higher in Economics, Bioinformatics, Computational Linguistics, or Cognitive Science, combined with at least 200 hours of Information Systems coursework; or a doctoral degree in any field, provided the candidate has one additional year of experience beyond the required minimum; or graduation from a relevant military or security technological unit.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Data-related roles, including at least 3 years in Data Science, with an emphasis on NLP.
• Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), text processing, and working with unstructured textual data in at least 2 projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and leading ML libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with RAG architecture.
• Experience deploying projects from development to production environments.
• Ability and willingness to write complex, high-quality software code.
• Advantage: Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advantage: Familiarity with MLOps tools and processes.
