I am working directly with one of our key partners here at RED Global who are looking for a Data Solution Architect to join a long term fully remote project.

The key focus of this role is Microsoft Fabric and Pyspark alongside strong hands-on Azure Databricks and modern data engineering experience.

You will work across architecture, technical delivery and stakeholder engagement, helping design and implement scalable data platforms and modernise existing Azure data workloads into Microsoft Fabric.

Role Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initial 6 month contract (extensions highly likely)

Location: Fully Remote

Languages: English and German are a must (15 minute conversation with the manager in German)

Experience needed:

• 6+ years' experience as a Solution/Data Architect delivering large-scale Azure data platforms.
• Strong hands-on Azure Databricks experience.
• Strong Microsoft Fabric project experience.
• Experience with Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse and Pipelines.
• Strong PySpark, Spark and Delta Lake experience.
