Position Summary

Seeking a hands-on Sr. Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Data, Analytics, and AI . The architect will design and guide enterprise data platforms, data products, lakehouse architecture, and AI/ML capabilities while partnering closely with engineering, data science, infrastructure, and business teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or related technology disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake architecture and engineering experience — REQUIRED.
• Strong AI/ML architecture experience — REQUIRED , including experience with AI/ML data infrastructure, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, or MLOps.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics .
• Enterprise-scale data lakehouse architecture and data product experience.
• Strong Power BI architecture and semantic modeling experience.
• Strong Microsoft Azure data platform experience.
• Experience designing modern ETL/ELT data pipelines using technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Factory, or dbt.
• Experience with data governance, security, data quality, metadata, lineage, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for data, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Lead architecture across Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI .
• Design scalable lakehouse, data product, ingestion, and integration architectures.
• Define architecture for AI/ML workloads , including RAG, vector stores, embeddings, feature engineering, and MLOps.
• Establish architectural standards, governance, security, and best practices.
• Partner with engineering, data science, infrastructure, application development, and business teams.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentorship.

Preferred

• TOGAF certification or enterprise architecture framework experience.
• Experience in construction, facilities management, building services, or related industries .
• Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Microsoft Purview, dbt, Monte Carlo, or Great Expectations.
