DataSpecta is a Data & AI consulting and engineering company helping organizations transform data into measurable business value through advanced analytics, modern data platforms and enterprise AI solutions.

We design and deliver solutions across both on-premise and cloud environments , working closely with enterprise customers from discovery through production.

Alongside customer projects, we build our own AI products such as CogniSpecta (enterprise knowledge & cognitive search) and CodeSpecta (AI-powered software engineering).

We’re looking for a Data Solutions Manager who combines strong consulting and delivery capabilities with the ability to shape solutions, lead pre-sales activities and grow trusted customer relationships.

You will take ownership across project delivery, pre-sales and account management , working closely with DataSpecta leadership, technical teams and technology partners to turn business needs into successful Data & AI engagements.

• Data Engineering, integration and platform modernization
• Data Governance, data quality and Data & AI assessments
• Advanced analytics, Generative AI and enterprise AI solutions
• Customer discovery, solution proposals and transformation roadmaps
• Delivery oversight and development of existing customer accounts

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Engagement Management

• Own the day-to-day management of customer engagements, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, effort, quality and expected outcomes
• Translate agreed objectives into actionable delivery plans, clear responsibilities and measurable milestones
• Coordinate consultants and technical leads across multiple engagements; align staffing and capacity needs with leadership
• Monitor project progress, effort consumption and budget performance; proactively manage risks, dependencies and scope changes
• Lead customer status meetings and steering committee discussions, providing clear updates and driving decisions
• Review deliverables with technical leads to ensure they address customer needs and meet quality expectations

Pre-Sales & Solution Development

• Lead discovery meetings and workshops to understand business priorities, existing technology landscapes and delivery constraints
• Work with Data Engineers, AI specialists and Solution Architects to define solution approaches and delivery models
• Prepare proposals, statements of work, effort estimates, project plans and customer presentations
• Clearly articulate business value, solution options, assumptions and trade-offs to technical and executive stakeholders
• Coordinate demos, assessments and proof-of-concept activities with internal teams and technology partners
• Ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery, preserving commitments and scope clarity

Account Management & Growth

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, building relationships with business and technology stakeholders
• Maintain visibility into customer priorities, satisfaction and upcoming needs
• Identify follow-on opportunities across DataSpecta’s consulting services and proprietary solutions
• Support account planning, renewals and engagement extensions in collaboration with leadership
• Take ownership of customer issues, coordinate resolution and escalate when needed
• Connect customer feedback with improvements in delivery practices and service offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Data & Analytics, enterprise technology or technology consulting
• Prior consulting experience , with direct responsibility for customer-facing engagements
• Proven experience managing Data & Analytics or AI projects, including scope, planning, stakeholder communication and delivery coordination
• Experience contributing to or leading pre-sales activities, including discovery, proposal development, effort estimation and solution presentations
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, Data Warehousing, BI and the role of Data Governance and AI within enterprise environments
• Ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions and discuss delivery implications with technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities with a high degree of ownership
• Professional proficiency in Turkish and English

Technical & Leadership Experience (a plus)

• Previous hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Governance or AI solution development
• Experience leading or mentoring consultants and multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling and modern data transformation approaches
• Experience with data quality, metadata management, data catalogs, lineage or governance operating models
• Exposure to Generative AI, RAG, AI agents and the deployment of enterprise AI applications
• Familiarity with technologies such as dbt, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle or Power BI
• Experience managing project profitability, resource utilization or account growth
• Experience collaborating with technology vendors and partner ecosystems

Domain Experience (a plus)

• Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, E-commerce, Telecommunications or other enterprise environments
