● Graduate of any related 4-year course at least one (1) year of working experience in back-office operations; (must have)
● Detailed oriented and resourceful;
● Basic to intermediate data management tools (i.e. MS Excel, Sheets, etc.)

● high flexibility in shifting schedule and extended working hours;
● ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment;
● ability to meet aggressive deadlines;
● able to comply with the organization’s hybrid set-up
