Data Specialist

Grand Clinic is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Specialist to join our team in Istanbul.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, entering, distributing, and monitoring data across our teams. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Zoho and a proven background in the medical tourism sector.

Key Responsibility

• Enter, organize, update, and maintain data accurately.
• Distribute leads and relevant data to the appropriate employees and departments.
• Manage and monitor data through Zoho CRM and related Zoho tools.
• Ensure that leads and patient information are assigned correctly and on time.
• Monitor data flow, lead distribution, and employee activity.
• Prepare regular data and performance reports for management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Identify data inconsistencies, missing information, or errors and ensure they are corrected.
• Support the sales and patient coordination teams with accurate and organized data.
• Maintain patient data confidentiality and follow company procedures.
• Assist management with data analysis and reporting when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the medical tourism sector is mandatory.
• Proven and strong experience with Zoho CRM is mandatory.
• Previous experience in data management, CRM administration, reporting, or a similar position.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
• Good understanding of lead management and sales processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
