Position Overview:

The Data Specialist is responsible for congregating all data into helpful visualizations and reports to encourage continued growth and improvement across the organization. The data specialist is responsible for monitoring all data in our CRM and CMS. Data should be monitored and cleaned as appropriate in order to optimize continued spend. Additional reports should be created to monitor KPIs and other metrics that offer organizational improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all data visualizations weekly to ensure accuracy. Ensure reporting mechanisms are in place to allow for contemporaneous updates and automatic tabulations.
• Determine best application or approach to aggregating data to ensure easy and accurate reporting for visualizations and dashboards
• Optimize data integrations to ensure clean data flow into unified reporting system
• Ensure contemporaneous upload to digital scorecards on office televisions.
• Aggregate all CRM and CMS data to support EOS weekly reporting
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry and API integrations for CRM and CMS operating systems
• Optimize APIs to ensure all possible data is flowing into systems
• Ensure all source attribution is available for incoming leads
• Investigate data that is an outlier from previous reporting periods to explain outcomes
• Report weekly data highlights and lowlights to support operational optimization
• Clean data as required to ensure accuracy of all presented information
• Execute additional tasks and requests assigned by AJZ to support firm growth.

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or abilities required as a pre-requisite to the position.

• Experience with Hubspot reports, dashboards, pipelines etc.
• Experience with Neos or other similar CMS to report on case successes and opportunities for growth
• Ability to organize data sets into comprehensive reports to support operational advancements and recognize areas of growth pre-emptively
• Experience operating with third party vendors in a professional capacity to produce positive outcomes
• Ability to interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for success
• Ability to communicate in a clear and professional capacity to articulate data trends

Education and/or Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field

Performance Standards & Review:

All Zayed Law Offices Employees complete a 90-day probationary period in their employment to ensure that they are in the right role and in compliance with the basic position requirements. All employees have an annual review in which their professional progress in the law office is monitored. Reviews are kept in HR files for the employees and are confidential.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
