Data Specialist - Data Governance (Microsoft Purview)

• Work Set up: Full Onsite in Ortigas City
• Work Schedule: Early Day Shift (6AM to 3PM) - Weekdays only
• Employment Type: Direct Hire Permanent position (Preferably those who can start ASAP/Immediate but still open for those who needs to render their notice period)

This role will focus on diagnosing, resolving, and preventing data quality issues, which is critical for investor reporting and regulatory compliance. You will implement and maintain data governance structures while performing ongoing monitoring and remediation. The position requires a technically proficient individual who can perform deep root cause analysis across our data ecosystem while effectively collaborating with our Australian business teams

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues across our technology stack (Salesforce, SQL Server, loan servicing systems)
• Develop SQL queries to investigate and validate data integrity throughout the pipeline
• Implement improved data validation controls and automated quality checks
• Set up and configure data governance frameworks in Microsoft Purview (or similar tool) for monitoring and compliance
• Collaborate on the development of data quality metrics, thresholds, and scoring systems to measure and track quality
• Establish automated monitoring processes to proactively identify issues
• Collaborate with engineers to implement technical solutions for data quality problems
• Document data lineage, transformation logic, and system integration points
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and report to stakeholders

Technical Skills

MUST HAVE experience in Data Governance and Microsoft Purview.

• Advanced SQL (SQL Server preferred)
• Salesforce data structures
• Microsoft Purview or similar tools
• ETL processes and data integration
• Data quality framework

Pay: Php24,239.95 - Php100,251.43 per month
