Data Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support data management, reporting, account maintenance, and quality control activities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in back-office operations who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Create, update, and maintain customer and account information in the system.
• Validate master data including addresses, phone numbers, pricing, sales hierarchy, and other key records.
• Prepare and publish reports for business and operational use.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure information accuracy.
• Upload and maintain data within company systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage team mailboxes, documentation, and project logs.
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with security guidelines.
• Support continuous learning, process improvements, and other assigned tasks.

About you

• Graduate of any related 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations.
• Experience using basic to intermediate data management tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and resourceful.
• Strong commitment to organizational goals and values.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, extended hours, and night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
