akumenbyQ is looking for a passionate and industry-oriented Data Stack Trainer and Cloud Devops Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in .The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor learners from academic and professional backgrounds.

Data Stack Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on Data Engineering and Data Analytics technologies.
• Design and update training content, assignments, case studies, and hands-on labs aligned with industry requirements.
• Conduct practical sessions, project mentoring, assessments, and code reviews.
• Guide learners in building end-to-end data solutions and portfolio projects.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support placement readiness through mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum quality and learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or related domains.
• Minimum 1 year of training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing experience preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Cloud Devops Trainer

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver hands-on training on Azure architecture, compute, networking, storage, and integration services.
2. Conduct labs on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and DevOps automation.
3. Guide learners in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
4. Mentor learners through real-world projects simulating enterprise cloud environments.
5. Support Microsoft certification preparation (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-400).
6. Evaluate learner progress through assessments, project reviews, and internal interviews.

Preferred Skills

Cloud Infrastructure & Azure

1. Proficiency in Azure compute, networking, storage, and security services.
2. Hands-on experience with ARM, Bicep, or Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
3. Familiarity with serverless architectures and Azure integration services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus).

DevOps & Automation

1. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and release management.
2. Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and cloud monitoring tools.

Training & Facilitation

1. Prior corporate training experience in cloud or DevOps domains.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex infrastructure concepts.
