📢 Hiring: Contract Data Steward – Product Data / Data Quality

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Steward to support a Product Information Management (PIM) implementation and data-quality initiative .

This role will focus on product data loading, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, auditing, and maintenance while working closely with business teams to resolve data issues and ensure accurate product information.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Load and maintain product information in a PIM system using templates, bulk uploads, imports, or manual entry.
• Cleanse, standardize, validate, and enrich product records, attributes, specifications, and related data.
• Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or outdated product data.
• Reconcile data between PIM, ERP systems, Excel files, supplier files, and other sources.
• Verify successful data loads by checking record counts, key fields, attributes, and source data.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and other business teams to resolve data issues.
• Track open data questions, exceptions, approvals, and resolutions through completion.
• Follow established data-governance standards, naming conventions, workflows, and business rules.
• Assist with product documents, images, certifications, technical specifications, and other digital assets.
• Support data-entry guides, job aids, templates, and process improvements.

🔹 Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Stewardship, Data Quality, Master Data, Product Data, Catalog Management, Data Entry, or a related operational role.
• Experience working with structured product, SKU, item, material, catalog, or technical data .
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel , including filtering, sorting, lookup functions, duplicate identification, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Experience with data cleansing, standardization, validation, reconciliation, and auditing .
• Ability to identify missing, conflicting, duplicate, or inaccurate information.
• Experience working with data from multiple systems, files, or business functions .
• Experience coordinating with business users, SMEs, or data owners to resolve data issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive data work accurately.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Stibo Systems STEP / PIM .
• Experience with Salsify, Syndigo, Informatica PIM/MDM, Riversand, or similar platforms.
• Experience with bulk data uploads, imports, exports, or data migration .
• Experience with ERP product/material master data.
• Manufacturing, industrial, building products, packaging, distribution, retail, or B2B product experience.
• Exposure to technical specifications, certifications, compliance data, product documentation, or marketing content.
