What they need
Role & responsibilities :
- Maintain and monitor data quality across systems.
- Perform data analysis and validate business data
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Prepare operational reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Good stakeholder management and client interaction abilities
- Proficiency in English and Hindi preferred
