Data Stock Allocator

This position is only for temporary 3 months for maternity leaves substitute

Data Stock Allocator will responsible by maintain stock Level and stock cover. Maintain categories based on stores needs and conduct stock analyst by stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitoring & Analyzing the stock position per store by category level and execute product reduction and move-ment if needed (stock Rotation and re-grouping between the store)

· Following up on the best performance stock and do quick response to refill the stock if needed.

· Do the Request pullback stock needed to transfer to Factory Outlet periodically based on the stock position in regular stores.

· Create seasonal report of SOH

· Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company

· Store Visit with Sales Team to closely understand the updated stock model needed for the store.

· Following up the replenish / top up stock requested by both of retail & Wholesales business.

· Informing the store for the discount changing or the markdown update for slow moving product / the old season

· Worked on the stock consolidation / re-grouping for the past moving product to make sure we aren’t miss the sales (store to store transfers)

KEY MEASURABLES:

· Stock circulations/Regrouping are on time, accurate, efficient and effective

· Stock level and stock cover in each store are on a good level according to company’s policy

· Categories per store are match up with their needs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s degree any major

· Able to operate Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and other data analytic formula)

· Have ability to work both individually and in team

· Good communication both verbal and written in Bahasa and English

· Good in operating Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.

· Able to liaise with vendors and bank

· Loyal & Honest

· Leadership skill

· Eesponsible and able to solve problem
