📣 We're hiring: Data Strategy Analyst / Consultant

About the role

Help organizations turn business problems into practical data and AI solutions. You will join client interviews, shape use cases, and build strategy roadmaps. This is hands on consulting work, not just trend research or slide writing. You will work directly with our data strategy team on strategy, governance, and transformation projects. Our clients are mainly government agencies and state enterprises.

What you'll be doing

• Craft end to end strategies that guide clients through their transformation journey.
• Design use cases that solve real business problems.
• Support senior consultants in stakeholder interviews and research to uncover client pain points.
• Write professional reports that turn insights into action.
• Build data governance standards into every solution from day one.

Who we're looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, data analysis, or digital transformation. Strong new graduates with relevant internships or projects are also welcome.
• A degree in Data Science, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, agentic AI, and data warehouse or lakehouse technologies.
• Sharp logic, strong problem solving skills, and confident communication across teams.
• Genuine eagerness to grow in data strategy, governance, and AI transformation.
• Comfort commuting to client sites across Bangkok.

Nice to have, but not required

• Experience with stakeholder interviews, design thinking, product management, dashboard design, SQL, Python, or data and AI governance.
